♥ How soon after my order is placed can I expect it to be shipped? 1 of 1’s are shipped out 1-3 business days after the item is purchased. Made to order items are shipped out after the time of production, which is currently estimated at 2-5 weeks. The two of us are very new to running a small business, and appreciate all of your patience tremendously. Again, time of production is currently an estimate so you may receive your item sooner than you expect!
♥ How will I know when my order is shipped? You should receive an email with a tracking number afterwards letting you know that your item has been shipped!

♥ Do you have a schedule regarding restocks or listing 1 of 1’s? 1 of 1’s will be completed and uploaded randomly, just when we find the pieces and time to complete them. We do try to upload them fairly regularly, it might slow down just a bit while we’re working on made to order items. As for knowing exactly when 1 of 1’s and restocks are uploaded, the best way to stay updated is following us on instagram @spliff.time where we announce when!
